Issued from Raleigh, North Carolina and dated Sept. 1st, 1862 By authority of Law on ribbon, ONE DOLLAR in a hollow tablet lower center, Receivable in Payment of all Public dues in a decorative panel on the right end. Large Serial letter, Plain white paper. Serial numbers 2261, 2262, 2263, 2264, 2265, 2266, 2267 and letter D. All seven bills are Uncirculated Condition. CR-NC-89. Rarity of 4.
